Focusing on You
Resistance Bands
Resistance Bands classes are a full-body workout from tip to toe. Concentrating on muscle isolation we work through the body one step at a time. Because you are resisting your own body everyone’s flexibility, strength, and endurance will be different. You are then able to monitor yourself and your fitness easily by your own resistance.
We also incorporate Dumbbells, Medicine Balls and Barr but once again using muscle isolation and safe techniques you will gain strength, elongation and tone very quickly.
Classes on a Wednesday and Thursday night, and Saturday morning.
No workout is ever the same and all equipment supplied.
Circuit
Class set up changes each week. Join us on a Tuesday night as a quick pick me up for early in the week. Ranges between moving circuit, stationary exercises, PB’s, strength and cardio. Concentrating on the body as a whole.

Monday Night Yoga
Monday nights are a real treat for the Mind and Body and set in a wonderful candlelight atmosphere.
90 minutes of Serenity include:
Smudging
Breathing Techniques
Chanting
Yin Yoga
Meditation
Sound Bowls
Yoga Cat
You can be assured that you will leave a LOT less stressed than when entering the studio.
Chai tea and good conversation served after every class so you are able to ground yourself again before leaving.
